Peer Assistant Leaders (PALS) is a mentorship program between High School Juniors and Seniors and Elementary student across the district.

Our mission is to pair older students with younger students of our community in order to enrich the lives of both students by learning from each other. As well as guiding our future generations in the right direction by providing a positive role model to the younger students.

Our goal is to serve as many students across Anna ISD as possible.

We believe that the community of Anna is bursting with diverse students across the district, by implementing this program we allow students of all kinds of backgrounds, social statuses, academic strengths and weakness, and abilities to partner together to instill the district mission of creating good human beings that are prepared for life after graduation. We believe by instilling these ideals in students at the Elementary level, this will help those ideals become norms across the district, so that all Coyotes will graduate ready to take on the world.
