Art Department

Sponsored by the Neighborhood Academy in Anna. Student compete for monetary prizes with 1^st,2^nd, and 3^rd place.  These works are displayed in Anna City Hall for one year.

The Anna ISD District Wide Art Show is hosted every spring showcasing the students artwork from all campuses. 

Students enter works with a chance to win in media divisions (charcoal, pencil, painting, sculpture). Best of Show has been awarded to an Anna High School student for the last two years. Students receive monetary prizes and honorable mentions.

Vase is a regional art competition. Anna is currently in the Region 10N division and competes against McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Allen, Plano, and Celina. Students must complete an in person interview with a judge. Students who receive a score of 4 have the opportunity to advance to state. State qualifiers compete in San Marcos.
