Senior - Class of 2026

Cap, Gown, Tassel and Class Stole are required to participate in your graduation ceremony and will need to be ordered by January 15^th.  

Caps & gowns and other graduation items are ordered online or in our office located at 2511 Ridgecrest Rd Greenville, Texas. To help make it easy and convenient for your online ordering, we have a text line that is answered from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm 7 days a week (903.326.6469). Our local website www.balfour1.com will give you additional contact and ordering information. We have included some of the information below to get you started.

Don’t forget your Class Ring if you have not taken the opportunity to order it. A link for sizing your finger is available on our website.

• All seniors need to pay a $40 Senior Fee. Fees can be paid in cash to Mrs. Bristol in B128.  (Fundraising Opportunites Will be Offered - TBD)
• The fee is due no later than January 29, 2026, but students can bring it by sooner!
• The senior fee covers:
  • Senior Celebration at Main Event
  • Senior Shirt
  • Senior Signing Day
  • Senior Breakfast
  • Balloon Release

Please remember to email a screenshot of your FAFSA submission page to your Ms. Johnson once you have submitted it.  The screenshot should include your first and last name and the date you submitted your FAFSA application.  (Officially opens on Oct 1, 2025 - beta testing is available now)

What if there is bad weather at graduation?

• Weather delays will be made in 30 minute increments. The goal will be to have the ceremony on Friday night. If that is not possible, we will have graduation on Saturday.
• We will provide all updates on the AHS social media accounts as they become available.

To ensure a memorable and pleasant graduation ceremony for all attendees, and to facilitate an environment where each graduate can be appropriately celebrated during their moment on stage, we have established a list of items that are permitted and not permitted at the event. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines.
